Emergencies and monitoring
Do not use this website or email for an active fire, crime, medical, or life-safety emergency. Call 911. Office availability is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET; 24/7 central-station monitoring is a separate service and does not mean the office is staffed at all times.
Services and written agreements
Services depend on the property, system, jurisdiction, scheduling, approved scope, and any written agreement. A website description does not replace a site review or the terms of an accepted proposal or service agreement.
